Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Mudyz! We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for apparel and tech-enabled apparel within 14 days from the date you receive the item. To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@mudyz.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn (outside of trying on for size/fit) and in their original condition with tags still attached.
Refunds
Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The technology/NFC activation does not work.
- You received the wrong item.
For all refund and exchange requests:
- Email us at hello@mudyz.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Include proof of the issue (photo or video) for damaged items, non-functional technology/NFC, or wrong items received.
- Items must be unworn (except for the initial try-on) and in their original condition with tags still attached.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for exchanges and/or refunds unless the item has arrived damaged, the technology/NFC activation doesn't work, or if the wrong item was received.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds except in cases of wrong item received, damaged item, or non-functional technology/NFC:
- Plushies
- Keychains
- Workbooks
- All paper products
How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange
- Email us at hello@mudyz.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- Include photo or video evidence if the item is damaged, if the technology/NFC activation doesn't work, or if you received the wrong item.
We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return or exchange your item.
